EXPERIENCE: RESIDENTIAL

Centurion Way, Glasgow

ACTS  was appointed by the design and build contractor to provide the detailed design of the district heating system and landlord services for a major residential development consisting of four residential blocks. These blocks collectively house eighty seven flats, offering a mix of social housing and private lets.

The development benefits from an advanced, environmentally responsible heating system, incorporating a gas-fired district heating system, Combined Heat and Power plant, (CHP) plant and centralised storage for both domestic hot and cold water. The inclusion of CHP technology ensures that the development remains aligned with sustainability goals while providing high-quality services to residents.

By designing an integrated, low-carbon district heating system and landlord services, ACTS Partnership Ltd has played a pivotal role in enhancing the sustainability of this modern residential project, which now serves as a benchmark for energy-efficient residential developments.
